Shabbasana: 6th in the City Pre-Shabbat Yoga

Prepare your mind and body for Shabbat with Jewish-inspired gentle yoga class led by yoga instructor, Dan Kapner. Shabbasana blends gentle flow movements with breath work and stretching for a therapeutic and meditative experience that promotes stress relief and overall well-being. Students will be invited to explore yoga as a moving meditation, a linkage of movement with steady and smooth breath to achieve deep relaxation, a sense of groundedness, mindfulness, and improved strength and stamina. 


All levels are welcome. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided. Yoga attire is welcome during the Shabbat service following Shabbasana.
