Nick van de Wall, (born 9 September 1987), commonly known by his stage name Afrojack, is a Dutch music producer and DJ. He was born and raised in Spijkenisse, Netherlands. He was listed as number 7 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ's of 2011. His 2010 entry into the poll at number 19 was the highest new entry of that year's list. He is currently ranked at number 9 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ's of 2012.
Afrojack's song "Take Over Control," which features Dutch singer Eva Simons, charted in a number of countries. In July 2010, Afrojack created an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1. In December 2010, Afrojack announced, via his website, that he would release an album called Lost & Found. The album was released December 22, 2010. In 2011 Afrojack opened the year by remixing Ian Carey and Snoop Dogg's single "Last Night" to great acclaim. Later on, Afrojack was featured on Pitbull's #1 hit single "Give Me Everything" along with Ne-Yo and Nayer. He also contributed to the single "Run the World (Girls)" by Beyoncé. In January 2012 Afrojack received an European Border Breakers Award.
Afrojack runs an imprint label named Wall Recordings, which has Dutchhouse DJs such as himself, R3hab, and Sidney Samson signed onto the label.
Big Gigantic are an electronic music duo from Boulder, CO. Their music encompasses a wide variety of genres including elements of jazz, hip-hop and dubstep. Their live shows combine improvisation with DJ-style productions and utilize a myriad of different instruments and equipment.
"Making music is about having an impact," exclaims DJ Carnage.
It's easy to feel the impact on every track the Los Angeles-based artist produces or remixes. With a versatile mindset and deft approach, he siphons electro, hip hop, pop, and trap into an intoxicating brew unlike anything out there. It's dirty, defiant, and diverse.
Carnage embraced music at a very young age. Before moving to the suburbs of Maryland, he grew up in Nicaragua and Guatemala. It gave him an international consciousness and perspective at a young age that would pervade his art. In order to get through long car rides with his mom, he'd make mix CDs of everything from Kanye West to Michael Jackson, and they'd listen to them together. It was with mom's encouragement that he began actually building his own tracks.
He recalls, "It's funny because one day my mom was like, 'Why don't you make your own beats?' I'd never thought of it before, so she bought me Fruity Loops. From there, I just got hooked."
He carved out a sizable local following in Maryland, slinging independent mixtapes and solidifying an online presence. Niles from The Cataracs actually stumbled upon his MySpace page and immediately became a fan. Their correspondence turned into a creative partnership and led to Carnage's signing with Indie Pop.
One of his first projects under that banner was a tripped-out and captivating remix of Yuna's "Live Your Life". Soon, Tiesto began spinning the cut on his popular Club Life podcast, while Paul Oakenfold inserted it into regular rotation on his radio show, Planet Perfecto. Carnage began turning heads. His "Festival Trap" remix of Hardwell's "Spaceman" soon exceeded 100k plays on Soundcloud, and he teamed up with Theophilus London and ASAP Rocky for the 2012 single, "Big Spender", and he co-produced The Cataracs "All You", featuring Waka Flocka Flame and Kaskade.
Everything simply laid the groundwork for the release of his proper debut, "Bang", on Fool's Gold though. It's an incendiary instrumental with a big hip hop bounce and a dubstep drop at just the right moment. "It's really massive," he enthuses. "It's a rap record with a huge drop. You never hear that kind of climax in hip hop or trap records. It's the perfect introduction to who I am because it touches on so many genres."
The single's B-side is a grimy and guttural gem that sees him collaborate with 15-year-old Chicago underground rap sensation, Katie Got Bandz. It's bound to get the internet going crazy.
There's nothing quite like seeing Carnage live though. Every show explodes based off his hyperkinetic energy and formidable presence. He's rocked stages at Nocturnal Wonderland, Electric Daisy Carnival, Coachella, and more as well as performing alongside Borgore, A-Trak, The Cataracs, and countless others.
"I'm a big black guy who loves to rage," he chuckles. "I'm not what you expect. I feed off the crowd and go for it."
That's why Carnage's impact will be felt for a long time to come.
The name itself presents a terrifying image- a mangled, forced extraction, quite literally "removal by cutting". It should come as no surprise that the sounds behind this name are just as filthy, brutal, and unforgiving as the namesake suggests.
Excision shows are like no other- a virtual apocalypse of twisting and morphing sounds turn massive crowds into a frenzy, as virtual walls of bass are relentlessly impaled time and time again upon their fragile bodies and ears. Your ears will ring and your eyes will roll into the back of your head as you are suspended in what can only be called a true sensory overload. Bass will rain down from above for hours as Excision's skills as a DJ and producer shine like an unholy light from the underworld.
The true champion of bass music, Excision hails from Kelowna, British Columbia. The founder of the ROTTUN label, a bass music conglomerate that has shaped the sound of modern Bass music, Excision has created a vast roster of allies that has only bolstered his spot as a warrior of bass music. Armed with a library of destruction and filth, Excision has time and time again tested the limits of electronic music with vastly different sets that encompass a full range of genres. The things you see and hear during the precious time you are engaged by Excision's sounds will eclipse your mind for a lifetime, as you are constantly enlightened by the true fervor and energy that only an Excision set can provide.

He is best known for his 2011 single "Bass Cannon", which peaked at number 56 on the UK Singles Chart, and was placed on the Radio 1 A-List. Along with Doctor P, Flux Pavilion presented the 2011 compilation album Circus One, to which he contributed four tracks. In August 2011 his track "I Can't Stop" was sampled by producer Shama "Sak Pase" Joseph for hip-hop album, Watch the Throne by Jay-Z and Kanye West. In December 2011, Flux Pavilion was nominated for the BBC's Sound of 2012 poll, as one of only two independent artists on the longlist. On 5 March 2012, his track "I Can't Stop" was used in the viral Kony 2012 campaign, and was previously featured in SSX.
I'm a part-time musician and a full-time comedian so never take my music seriously, it's just one of my many elaborate jokes.
"Internationally renowned DJ/Producer/Remixer KASKADE has taken the world of electronic music by storm, and shows no signs of slowing down. The proof came in 2010 when "Dynasty," Kaskade's sixth album, climbed to #5 on the iTunes Charts for all genres.
"Dynasty" is the follow-up release to the massively successful "Strobelite Seduction," which garnered four global hit singles and was #1 on iTunes Dance for six weeks. With consistent and high music chart placement (topping Billboard Hot Dance Airplay, iTunes Dance, BBC Radio, and "most played record" on Sirius Dance Radio in 2009) and various TV and film licensing placements ("Sex and the City" movie and soundtrack, "Devil Wears Prada," and "Date Night" with Steve Carrell and Tina Fey), Kaskade's sound still holds authentic to the underground, generating some of the biggest club anthems year."

Migos is an American hip hop group based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Unlikely doesn't even begin to describe Porter Robinson's rapid ascent to the forefront of the world of dance music. Hailing from North Carolina, 18-year-old Porter Robinson had never set foot in a club when his smash hit "Say My Name" shot to number one on Beatport's Electro-House chart, making people do just that on dancefloors and DJ booths across the globe. Complex yet catchy, and classic yet cutting edge, Porter Robinson's instantly recognizable sound has earned him the raving support of legendary producers such as Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, David Guetta, The Crystal Method and Armand Van Helden, and landed him shows across the globe – all before he had even had the chance to finish high school.
Some might call Porter a prodigy, but that label belies his musical maturity and ignores his years of production experience, which reveal themselves in the way he blends the best of seemingly distinct genres into a style uniquely his own. His massive electro hooks paired with nasty dubstep warbles and shimmering trance breakdowns transcend tired genre adjectives like "progressive" or "fidget", taking listeners into an uncharted territory of hard-hitting house music.

DC and Hooks are Zeds Dead.
They first hooked up in 2004 and formed Mass Productions. Influenced by the digging in the crates sampling school of hip hop, Mass Productions released one independent album in the summer of 2007 entitled Fresh Beetz. It was their first and only release.
In the summer of 2009, the two launched their second collaboration - Zeds Dead - turning up the bpm and aiming the bass-lines at the dance-floor. Soon after Zeds Dead (alongside the Killabits) founded a weekly party in Toronto called BassMentality. Guests have included Nero, Skrillex, 12th Planet, Borgore, Mary Anne Hobbs, Plastician, Netsky, and many more.
Two of the hardest workers in electronic music, Zeds Dead's tireless efforts have earned them an excellent reputation amongst a new generation of producers as artists without borders - genres hold no bearing over their music as they transcend style and form with ease. By pulling from a vast array of source material (Radiohead, The Rolling Stones, The Moody Blues, Sublime), and molding it into their unique brand of dance-floor classics, They have established themselves as a dominant force in EDM circles and have received recognition and praise from tastemakers worldwide. With a stockpile of originals and remixes set to be released in 2011, DC and Hooks show no signs of slowing down.
